Job summary

The McLean Hospital Corporation is seeking a per diem Patient Care Associate for the ART program in Middleboro, MA. You will provide direct care to patients with psychiatric disorders, support safety and the therapeutic milieu, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients with psychiatric disorders.
• Ensure safety and well-being of patients and support therapeutic milieu.
• Assist with care and treatment of psychiatric, drug and alcohol patients.
• Advocate for patients who may need additional support.
• Conduct parent/family counseling and relevant interventions
• Maintain shift-to-shift communication and timely documentation.
• Adhere to special-status guidelines (suicide, AWOL, etc.).
• Demonstrate professional boundaries with patients at all times.
