Job summary

McLean Hospital is seeking a part-time staff member for our ART program in Middleboro, MA. The role involves direct patient care in a 22-bed residential DBT-driven setting, with 24 hours per week across three shifts, rotating days and evenings.

You will support safety and therapeutic milieu, document diligently, and work collaboratively with the health care team. CPI training within 30 days and EHR proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Be able to obtain CPI training within 30 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills and EHR proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with care and treatment of psychiatric, drug and alcohol patients.
• Advocate for patients who may be vulnerable or need additional support.
• Family counseling and related interventions.
• Adhere to guidelines for patients on special status (suicide precautions, etc.).
• Provide accurate shift-to-shift reports and stay on unit during incoming shift.
