Job summary

Mass General Brigham's North Shore Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide direct care to patients with psychiatric disorders, ensuring safety and a therapeutic milieu.

This position requires working onsite with an evening shift from 3pm to 11:30pm, 32 hours per week, including every other weekend and holidays. Responsibilities include assisting with care and treatment of psychiatric, drug and alcohol patients, advocating for vulnerable patients, and documenting shifts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; no degree in lieu allowed.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 0–1 year related experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced psychiatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with care and treatment of psychiatric, drug and alcohol patients.
• Advocate for vulnerable patients and provide additional support.
• Complete and file all documentation in a timely manner.
