Job summary

The McLean Hospital Corporation Mass General Brigham relies on a wide range of professionals to advance its mission. The ART is a 22-bed, short-term residential DBT program in Middleboro, MA. This per diem role requires a minimum of four 8-hour shifts per month, with two on weekends, rotating Days and Evenings.

Provides direct patient care and documentation while ensuring safety. Ideal candidates have 0–1 year related experience; BLS and nursing aide credentials are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• BLS Certification preferred; Nursing Assistant (LNA) credentials may be preferred.
• New Hampshire Nursing license preferences noted; Data Conversion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to psychiatric patients and support safety.
• Assist with treatment and documentation on shift.
• Advocate for patients and family involvement when appropriate.
• Maintain therapeutic milieu and professional boundaries.
• Complete required CPI training within 30 days of hire.
• Coordinate with health care team and manage multiple priorities.
