Position Details

• Facility: Integrated Stabilization Unit
• Location: New Port Richey, FL
• Status: Full-time & Pool, Hourly
• Shift Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM or 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• Weekend Work: Alternating weekends
• On Call: No

Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe patients to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Foster communication and therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Assist with physical care under RN supervision.
• Coordinate unit activities by completing orders, making and directing calls to the charge nurse.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support); CNA and Patient Care Technician preferred.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of psychology-based experience or a related bachelor's degree. Pool positions require 6 months of psychology experience.
