Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred or required.
• Nursing Assistant Training or psychiatric care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine non-acute physical, behavioral, and mental care under licensed staff.
• Complete clear, concise documentation aligned with patient goals and treatment plans.
• Adapt to patient needs and maintain consistency across shifts.
• Support and maintain the unit's therapeutic milieu.
