Merakey is seeking a Mental Health Worker for our program in Philadelphia, PA. This part-time position on the 2nd shift (4p-12a) involves counseling individuals, implementing and monitoring treatment, and guiding clients in social skills development. Schedule may change.

Pay rate is $17.63 per hour. The Mental Health Technician will lead or co-lead recreational activities, assist with daily living tasks, accompany clients on community trips, and ensure safety while maintaining precise records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• One year of mental health experience with adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to individual clients and monitor treatment plans.
• Lead or co-lead recreational groups and teach daily living skills.
• Accompany clients on community trips and ensure health and safety.
• Maintain accurate and adequate records.
