Job summary

Main Line Health's Bryn Mawr Hospital is seeking a Mental Health Technician to support nursing staff on the inpatient psychiatric unit. You will assist patients with daily living tasks, monitor vitals, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment during night shifts.

The role requires one year of psychiatric inpatient experience (or comparable), a high school diploma (BA preferred), and Provider BLS. This position offers tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year and benefits including

• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

Responsibilities

• Plan patient activities and support groups; participate in prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with Psych Nurses to ensure safe, quality care.
