Job summary

Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, part of Main Line Health, seeks a Patient Care Technician in Malvern, PA. You will assist with daily living activities, take vitals, perform basic nursing tasks, and support care teams across Day, Evening, and Night shifts.

Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy experience preferred, and BLS certification preferred on hire. Tuition reimbursement offers up to $6,000 annually for eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and comfort measures.
• Take vital signs and monitor health status as directed.
• Perform phlebotomy, Accu-Cheks, and basic nursing assistant tasks per unit protocols.
• Support nursing staff and contribute to patient experience and safety.

We Hire Patient Care Techs for the Following Positions:

Full-Time, Part-Time w/ Benefits, Weekend Program Positions Available

• Non-Benefits Eligible: 2/4 Weekends per Month, 12hr shifts (7pm - 7am)
• Benefits Eligible:
• 3/4 Weekends per Month, 12hr shifts (7am - 7pm) or (7pm - 7am)
• Full Time, 3 12hr shifts per week with an Every 4th Weekend Rotation, (11am - 11pm)
• Part Time, 3 8hr shifts per week with an Every 4th Weekend Rotation, (2:45pm - 11:15pm)

At Main Line Health, our PCT's work on Day, Evening, and Night Shifts. The shifts currently available are based on department needs.

Experience:

Previous experience in delivery of patient services preferred.

Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Education:

Graduation from high school or equivalent required.

Some college preferred.

Licensures & Certifications:

BLS Healthcare Provider preferred on hire / required prior to completion of unit orientation.
