Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology preferred; high school diploma required.
• One year experience with psychiatric population preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric group processes and crisis management; CPR training.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, therapeutic milieu and supervise clients.
• Provide direct client care under supervision (Milieu Manager & RN).
• Deliver crisis intervention, education groups, and activities of daily living.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology

One-year experience with psychiatric client population
