Job summary

Clarion Psychiatric Center is seeking Mental Health Technicians for a full-time role with a rotating schedule. One week is 7:00am–3:30pm and the next week is 3:00pm–11:30pm, with weekend and holiday rotations.

Overtime opportunities and coverage across shifts are available. The position includes a $7,000 sign-on bonus (qualifications apply), shift differentials, holiday pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision, life insurance and more,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with patient care experience required.
• Post-secondary training or education in related field with experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to remain calm in dynamic environment; commitment to high level of patient care and dependable attendance.
