Responsibilities

• Provides and ensures physical needs are met for all patients by assisting with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Conducts and participates in therapeutic milieu activities for patients under the direction of clinical staff.
• Participates as a team member in improvements to quality care standards.
• Complies with JCAHO National Patient Safety Goals.
• Adapts communication to patient population and respects privacy.
• Performs other related duties as required.
