Responsibilities

• Conducts therapeutic milieu activities under clinical staff guidance.
• Participates in initiatives to improve unit care quality and safety standards.
• Complies with JCAHO National Patient Safety Goals and policies.
• Adapts communication and approach to each patient and respects privacy.
• Performs other related duties as required.
