Responsibilities

• Provides and ensures physical needs are met for all patients by assisting with ADLs (oral care, meals, etc.).
• Conducts and participates in therapeutic milieu activities as directed by clinical staff.
• Participates as a team member in implementing improvements in care quality standards.
• Complies with JCAHO National Patient Safety Goals.
• Adapts communication and care to the specific patient population and requests permissions appropriately.
• Performs other related duties as required.
