Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible support services work preferred.
• Position requires registered or certified Medical Assistant.
• Ongoing CEU credits must be met yearly.
• Experience in a behavioral health/psychiatric facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to medical staff including prescription refills, vital signs, and medical history documentation.
• Perform general office duties: reception, filing, mail distribution, and data entry.
• Maintain department files and handle sensitive information.
• Prepare medication refill requests and verify pharmacy data.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
