Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required
• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW is required
• 3+ years of clinical experience at the LCSW level and supervisory training or ability to complete supervisory training
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
