Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to provide therapy services and clinical supervision to therapists pursuing licensure. This role values flexibility, innovation, and teamwork and is based in the Mid-Cities area with remote work options available.

The ideal candidate will hold LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S credentials, have supervisory training, and experience with intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences required.
• Active LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S credential with supervisor training required.
• Experience completing intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise pre-licensed clinicians toward independent licensure.
• Collaborate with clients, families, medical providers, and case managers.
• Develop effective interventions to meet treatment goals.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week including supervisee hours.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing training.
• Support clinic operations and foster a positive team environment.

• Participate in clinical meetings, consultations, and ongoing training.
• Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Active LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S credential with required supervisor training.
• Experience completing intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record systems; Valant experience is a plus.
• It would also be cool if you've been credentialed with insurance before.
