Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to provide therapy services and supervise clinicians pursuing licensure. This role supports flexibility, collaboration, and professional growth, with a focus on high-quality care in a mid-cities setting.

You will supervise pre-licensed clinicians, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain documentation while sustaining a humane, patient-centered practice. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Active LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S credential with required supervisor training.
• Experience completing intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a plus.
• Credentialing with insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities
