Job summary

The Center for Human Development (CHD) in Hartford, CT is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for the Community Transitional Living Program (CTLP). You will assist with day-to-day scheduling, team management, and provide direct care coverage to residents.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years’ experience with psychiatric disorders, and preferred supervisory experience. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 year experience working with psychiatric disorders or co-occurring population.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid license and a registered, insured vehicle.
• Approved criminal background and driving check.

Responsibilities
