Job summary

Monroe Community Mental Health Authority is seeking a Program Supervisor to coordinate and supervise therapists, case managers, and other staff. You will ensure services align with recovery, self-determination, and resilience principles while promoting a collaborative, high-quality system of care for individuals and families.

The role requires a Master’s Degree with state licensure and experience supervising clinical staff, with CAADC preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling with State Licensure.
• Licensed credentials such as MSW/LP/CPC are required or preferred.
• CAADC certification preferred; willing to obtain if not currently certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program implementation, scheduling, and service activity reporting.
• Oversee Individual Plan of Service goals and clinical staff performance.
• Provide orientation, training, and coaching to staff; conduct annual evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Provide clinical oversight and support in high-risk or complex clinical decisions.
• Promote community collaboration and maintain a positive organizational culture.
