Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision to staff.
• Conduct treatment plan reviews of clinical records.
• Conduct administrative reviews of clinical records.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and quality improvement activities, including internal investigations.
• Provide consultation in program planning and development.
• Approve treatment plans and revisions; supervise treatment programs.
• Deliver therapy to individuals and groups with mental disorders and families.
• Complete reports for client records and agency paperwork.
• May engage in community services and consultation with other groups.
• Provide clinical training and support to direct care staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
