El Paso Behavioral Health System, a facility within Universal Health Services, seeks a Program Manager to oversee patient care on the unit. You will supervise staff, train therapists and interns, and coordinate the daily unit schedule.

The role supports the hospital’s quality initiatives and standards of care, requiring a Master’s in Counseling or Social Work and Texas licensure, with experience in psychiatric health care preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work or related field.
• Two years of experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Current LPC, LPC-A, LMSW, or LCSW license issued by the State of Texas.
• Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the provision and delivery of patient care on the unit.
• Supervise assigned unit staff and provide training to therapists and interns.
• Manage day-to-day unit schedule and activities.
• Contribute to hospital philosophy, objectives and quality improvement efforts.
