Centurion Health seeks a full-time Mental Health Professional at Valdosta State Prison in Valdosta, GA. You will perform mental health case management, conduct intake and assessments, and provide crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual/group therapy in a correctional setting.

The role requires a Masters degree and license eligibility, TB documentation, CPR certification, and prior direct care experience with individuals with mental illness.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
• Must be license eligible.
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
