Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Mental Health Professional to provide case management and therapy in a correctional setting in Georgia. The role includes intake assessments, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Masters degree in a related field, license eligibility, TB documentation, CPR certification, and 2+ years of direct care experience. Available shift is day, with 4x10s option at some facilities.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
• Must be license eligible.
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting.
• Consult with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care.
• Conduct intake and assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
