Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Mental Health Professional at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution in Milton, FL. You will manage mental health cases, perform assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning, and provide individual and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

Requires a Master's degree in a related field; Florida licensure preferred (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) or eligibility for licensure. NHSC loan repayment available at select sites; background check and CPR required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Fully licensed in Florida preferred (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Must be licensed or license eligible as LCSW/LMHC/LMFT; licensed preferred.
• Registered Interns and/or new grads eligible for registered intern license.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management in a correctional setting.
• Conduct intake and assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Deliver individual and group therapy, consult with a multi-disciplinary team.
