Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional to join the team at RMC – Reception and Medical Center in Lake Butler, Florida. Responsibilities include intake/assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and delivering individual and group therapy to patients in a correctional setting.

Qualified candidates will hold a Master’s degree in a related field, possess an active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or be a MH Registered Intern, and have BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Masters-level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management for patients in a correctional setting.
• Perform intake assessments and crisis intervention as part of care.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver individual and group therapy.
• Consult with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
