Job summary

Centurion Health in Crawfordville, FL seeks a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our team at Wakulla Correctional Institution. The role provides mental health case management to patients in a correctional setting, with intake, assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning and individual/group therapy.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active Mental Health Professional license preferred; interns may qualify.
• Background check and agency security clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management in a correctional setting.
• Conduct intake and assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Deliver individual and group therapy as part of coordinated care.

We are currently seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our team at Wakulla Correctional Institution located in Crawfordville, Florida.

The Mental Health Professional provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including: intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.

The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required
• Active Mental Health Professional license preferred; Registered Interns and/or new grads/eligible for registered intern license
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
