Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Mental Health Professional at Charlotte Correctional Institution in Punta Gorda, FL. You will manage mental health cases, perform intake/assessments, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy. Competitive pay for licensed clinicians; intern track available with supervision and benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
• Active mental health professional license in Florida - LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, SW or MH Registered Interns.
• Minimum of two years’ direct care experience with individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and assessments in a correctional setting.
• Conduct crisis intervention and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.
