Job summary

Centurion Health at FWRC - Florida Women's Reception Center in Ocala, FL seeks a full-time Mental Health Professional to deliver comprehensive mental health care in a correctional setting. Responsibilities include intake, assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual/group therapy.

The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field with an active Florida license or intern status and a BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree required in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active mental health license in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or MH Registered Interns.
• Active Basic Life Support certification required.
• Minimum of two years direct care experience with individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Able to pass background check and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health intake and assessments.
• Deliver crisis intervention services.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Perform mental health case management and consult with multi-disciplinary team.
