Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract PMHNPs or PA-Cs to join its US-wide provider network, delivering evidence-based psychiatric care via live video intake and follow-up appointments. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medications, coordinating referrals to therapy and coaching services.

The role supports diverse patient populations, including minors, with flexible scheduling and limited administrative burden through Lyra's platform.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program (CCNE) or an accredited PA program (ARC-PA) with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted state license
• Minimum of 2 years in practice
• Preference for additional minors’ certification or clinical experience
• DEA license preferred
• Office space to see clients in Reading, PA
• U.S. resident without restriction

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute intake assessments and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medications.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Adhere to evidence-based guidelines for safe medication management (e.g., measurement-based care).

Education

PMHNP program (CCNE) or ARC-PA PA program with psychiatry credential

Psychiatry Board Certification/Certificate (e.g., CAP, post-graduate psychiatry cert)

Doctor of Medical Science with Psychiatry concentration (optional)
