Lyra Health is seeking contract nurse practitioners (PMHNP) or certified physician assistants (PA-C) to deliver evidence-based psychiatric care through live 30-minute video intakes and ongoing follow-ups. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and refer to therapy and coaching within an established Lyra network.

Providers will serve children to young adults across diverse backgrounds, with emphasis on culturally responsive care and flexible scheduling in Reading, PA, and

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or an ARC-PA accredited PA program with psychiatry credentials.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Ability to provide care to Reading clients, with in-person options.

Responsabilidades

• Medication management via 60-minute intake and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations, including prescriptions.
• Refer and coordinate care with therapy and coaching services within Lyra network.
