Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. seeks contract PMHNPs or PA-Cs to deliver evidence‑based mental health care. You will conduct 30‑minute video intakes and follow‑ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications within a connected network.

You will serve diverse patients, including minors, within a culturally responsive framework and optional in‑person care in Reading, PA, with flexible scheduling and clinician support resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA program with psychiatry credentials.
• Unrestricted state license and active DEA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice with ability to provide in-person care in Reading, PA.

Responsibilities

• Perform 60‑minute intake assessments and regular follow‑ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medications.
• Create patient‑centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Adhere to evidence‑based guidelines and safe prescribing practices.
