Job summary

The role includes live 60-minute video intake appointments and ongoing follow-ups, with referrals to therapy and coaching as part of integrated care.

We prioritize candidates with PMHNP/PA credentials, unrestricted U.S. license, and DEA experience.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted state license to practice in the U.S.
• Minimum 2 years in practice.
• DEA license preferred for NPs/PA-Cs.
• Additional certifications in minors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health medication management via 60-minute intake and follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and longitudinal medication management.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
