Lyra Health is expanding its provider network, seeking licensed PMHNPs or PA-Cs to deliver evidence‑based mental health care through a connected network across the US. This contract role focuses on whole-person, culturally responsive care with both in-person and virtual options.

Formación

• Must graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA program with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 30‑minute live video intake appointments and follow‑ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Develop patient‑centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications per guidelines.
