Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services, including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

You will conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families on daily living activities, document progress, and collaborate with the care team. Licensure in the state and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
