Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

The role requires a valid state OT license; CPR is preferred. Typical responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing customized plans, educating patients and families, documenting progress, and collaborating with a diverse care team.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Licensure: Active state OT license or registration.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
