Job summary

Unitek EMT seeks a Mental Health BSN Nursing Instructor to join our Workforce Solutions partnership in Fresno. The instructor will deliver clinical education, supervise student experiences in facilities, and support program outcomes while coordinating with the Academic Site Director.

Hours vary by rotation and lab activities; the role requires California BRN approval as an instructor and a nursing background with teaching experience. Competitive hourly compensation applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher with clinical teaching preparation.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Education meets assignment faculty criteria.
• One year of nursing clinical teaching or RN direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education in skills labs and clinical settings.
• Evaluate student performance against learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate attendance and records for clinical/skills labs.
• Provide timely feedback on student performance after observations.
• Coordinate with the Academic Site Director and ensure compliance with policies.
