Job summary

Lyra Health in Reading provides contract psychiatric services via NP/PMHNP or PA-C with psychiatry training. You will conduct intake and follow-up visits, perform medication management, and coordinate care with therapy within a connected Lyra network. The role supports diverse patients and emphasizes culturally responsive care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or an accredited PA program with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted state license to practice in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Active DEA license preferred for providers.
• Ability to offer in-person care and readings-based options when available.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute intake appointments and regular follow-ups with medication management.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations; communicate with patients.
• Refer and coordinate with evidence-based therapy and coaching services within Lyra's network.
