Lyra Health is seeking contract Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver evidence-based psychiatric care to children, teens, and young adults in Philadelphia. You will conduct 30‑minute video intakes, follow-ups, and medication management within Lyra’s connected network.

Providers work within a culturally responsive framework, seeing patients in-person and virtually as part of a nationwide network. This role offers flexible scheduling and robust clinical consultations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or graduate from an accredited PA program with certification (PANCE)
• Unrestricted state license
• Minimum of 2 years in practice
• DEA license preferred
• Experience with minors preferred
• Office space in Philadelphia
• US residency required

Responsabilités

• Provide 60-minute intake assessments and regular follow-up appointments
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations
• Follow evidence-based practice guidelines and clinical best practices
