Lyra Health is expanding its provider network with a contract Psychiatric-Mental Health NP or PA-C to deliver evidence-based mental health care in Reading. You will conduct 30-minute intake appointments, follow-ups, and manage medications within Lyra's AI-assisted platform.

Applicants must have PMHNP or PA credentials, unrestricted US license, DEA, and at least 2 years in practice, with preference for minors and in-person care. This is a full-time contract position with Lyra Clinical Associates.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or ARC-PA accredited PA program with PANCE, preferably with psychiatry-specific qualifications or fellowship.
• Unrestricted state license
• Minimum of 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Preference for experience with minors and in-person care
• Full-time resident of the United States

Responsabilidades

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via a 60-minute intake and regular follow-ups
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and longitudinal treatment
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, message patients, and prescribe/manage psychiatric medications
• Follow clinical best practice guidelines (measurement-based care, patient-centered care, minimize risks, maximize benefits)
