Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract mental health providers (PMHNP or PA-C) to deliver evidence-based psychiatric care for children and adults within a nationwide contract network. You will conduct intake evaluations, oversee ongoing medication management, and coordinate with therapy and coaching services.

Applicants must have an unrestricted license in the United States, 2+ years of practice, and be authorized to work as a contract provider.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP or PA program with psychiatry focus.
• Unrestricted state license with no disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Interest/experience with minors (0–17) and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health medication management via intake and follow-up visits.
• Perform risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications following best-practice guidelines.
• Serve both minors (0–17) and adult patients within a connected network.
