Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking contract NPs or PA-Cs to provide evidence‑based mental health care in Reading, PA, within Lyra’s provider network.

You will conduct 60‑minute intake assessments, follow‑ups, and medication management, serving children to young adults in a culturally responsive, patient‑centered approach. Applicants must have PMHNP or PA psychiatry training, an unrestricted license, 2+ years in practice, and ideally an active DEA license.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted state license
• 2+ years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Additional certification or clinical experience with minors preferred

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60‑minute intake and follow-ups
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and longitudinal medication treatment
• Construct patient‑centered treatment plans and manage medications
• Follow evidence‑based, best-practice guidelines in pharmacologic care
