Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical team at Suwannee Correctional Institution Annex in Live Oak, Florida. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff, addressing a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required.
