Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Estero, FL seeks a Florida Registered Intern (RCSWI/RMFTI/RMHCI) to join our outpatient clinic. The role blends clinical care with coaching, offering a supportive, educational environment focused on career development.

We provide central administrative support, flexible scheduling (FT/PT), and a blended in-person/telehealth model. Come thrive in a mission-driven culture focused on access to quality mental health care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Florida Registered Intern license (RCSWI, RMFTI, RMHCI).
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model professional boundaries with clients.
• Timely completion and submission of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans per policy.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• For FT clinicians, bill a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, school and medical personnel.
