Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Southwest Florida is expanding and seeks a Florida Registered Intern (RCSWI/RMFTI/RMHCI) to join our Naples outpatient clinic. You will balance clinical care with coaching and supporting new mental health professionals in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

We offer competitive compensation, training, flexible scheduling (FT/PT), CEUs, and a blended model of in-person and telehealth services with centralized administrative support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure.
• Florida Registered Intern license (RCSWI, RMFTI, RMHCI).
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Comfort with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in Office 365; Valant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation per policy.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per guidelines.
• For Full-Time status clinicians, bill a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and educators as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
