Ellie Mental Health in southwest Florida is seeking a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern to help expand access to quality mental health care. The role emphasizes authentic, compassionate, and collaborative care within a growing regional team.

The position offers a flexible hybrid office/home schedule with opportunities for advancement and professional development. Ideal candidates are on track for licensure and committed to serving diverse communities in Florida.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
On track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes is a plus.
Fluent in Spanish and other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health diagnosis and implement a treatment plan per company policy.
Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
Full-time clinicians must maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical and school staff as needed.
Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Other duties as assigned.
