Ellie Mental Health is expanding in Southwest Florida and seeks a Florida Registered Intern to join our outpatient clinic in Naples. You’ll balance clinical care with coaching and supporting new professionals, in a blended in-person and telehealth model designed for career development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university and on track to licensure
• Florida Registered Intern license (RCSWI, RMFTI, RMHCI) is required
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to timely complete and submit documentation of services
• Comfort working with a diverse client base
• Proficient with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant a plus)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create and implement a treatment plan
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines
• For FT clinicians, bill a minimum of 25 client visits per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other staff
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Support the overall mission and community impact
