Qualifications

• LPN or RN license active in New Jersey.
• Experience in psychiatric/behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient discharge procedures.
• Monitor and report patient progress to the medical team.
• Reschedule appointments.
• Manage patient referrals and follow-up.
• Obtain prior authorizations for medications and treatments.
• Maintain accurate, confidential EMR records.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Perform basic clerical duties such as answering phones.
