Licensed Mental Health Supervisor LMFT / LCSW – Mental Health Supervisor
Compensation: $133,848 - $148,720 / year

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and manage clinical services provided by mental health staff and allocate resources to meet institutional needs.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision and direction to mental health staff, including staff disciplinary counseling and performance evaluations.
- Provide mental health services to inmates in the facility and consult with facility personnel as needed.
- Coordinate with facility administrative staff and maintain confidentiality of inmate information.
- Develop and implement corrective steps necessary to ensure the provision of quality mental health care and notify supervisory personnel of significant clinical or administrative concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work or behavioral science field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the coordination and administration of mental health service delivery systems.
- Professional experience indicating knowledge of management/supervision techniques, mental health counseling, group and individual psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of major mental disorders and/or psychological evaluation techniques.
- Experience collaborating with county behavioral health, managed care plans, probation/parole, or community‑based organizations.
- Familiarity with CalAIM Behavioral Health and Justice‑Involved Reentry initiatives.
- Unrestricted, current license in the State of California – e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist. Must maintain all licensures, certifications, continuing educational requirements, etc.
- Must maintain CPR certification, and any other certifications (such as First Aid) required.
