Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Mental Health Coordinator (LPC/LSW required) in Pennsylvania to oversee mental health services in the facility. You will provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff and deliver services to inmate patients while consulting with facility personnel.

The role ensures quality mental health care for staff and inmates, coordinating with administrative teams and maintaining patient confidentiality in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or behavioral science field.
• Experience in coordinating and administering mental health service delivery systems.
• Knowledge of management/supervision techniques, mental health counseling, psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of major mental disorders, and psychological evaluation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage clinical services provided by mental health staff and allocate resources to meet institutional needs.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision and direction to mental health staff, including disciplinary counseling and performance evaluations.
• Provide mental health services to inmates and consult with facility personnel as needed.

Job Overview

The Mental Health Coordinator oversees mental health services in the facility by providing clinical and administrative supervision and direction to the mental health staff, while also delivering services to inmate patients and consulting with facility personnel. Education
